a big well done to the boys last sunday playing very good opposition. great first game getting a draw, seemed to struggle in second match ,didnt really get going in this one,unable to get foot on ball and play football,pace seem very confident and pass the ball well, i think you can tell they have played a level above but not unbeatable on our day.just need to get stuck in and be more confident and believe in ourselves more.

come on tornado boys,we got a big 2 games coming up pace youth and winchester egles pace 3rd and winchester 2nd.

just a quick note on todays games .only had seven players so i think a few of the boys ran out of steam.not the best i have seen us play as a team,but still managed to earn 3 points out of four so well done.lucky for us ethan and defenders played well,good goal from craig in the second match but could not finish the game off with anymore goals.man of the match today would have been jordan,very brave sticking his head onto loose balls and a lot of running to make tackles and clearances.

Good games today boys, unlucky in the second match we deserved at least a draw.
Lots of hard work and effort by everyone and SteveO was a well deserved man of the matches.

As Dan has now left Totton Rangers, we would like to thank Paul Steve and Mark for the training and the opportunity to play for the team. Dan, I feel has left an excellent team behind (last season being another excellent result) and we wish all of you good luck for the new season. Carry on from how you all played at the end of last season and this season you will win your league in the EDMSL.

Just adding to Jimmy,s comments and thanking Mark for all the effort he has put in managing the blue side, and tottaly agree that the football has improved as the season has gone along. Well done to all the boys, lets now look forward to the tournaments with a positive attitude..

I would like to thank mark for the great work in getting the boys into shape . it was a slow start but towards the end of the season the boys are really improving as a team.

fergie would have been proud to see the goal on Sunday against s&d. from throw in five passes from defence to attack ... and bang another goal !!!! wonderful to see.
we will be back next year to win the title.

after doing the hard work and beating s&d 3-0 western go and let us down by losing 1-0 to them to push us back down to 8th i would like to thank all the boys & parents for giving up your time and energy on sunday mornings and look forward to next season even more now we are really starting to play as a team.some of the football we have this year has been exeptional and hopefully next year our league position will show this.plenty of tournaments ready for those who just cant wait to the start of the season!!!

quality controlled football today boys,a real team display! only had 6 players and it showed second game especially when brad got injured and had to go in goal,well done harry when he came on pitch looked very assured.one big push for next week and a win against s&d should see us finish 7th which would be excellent in a very competative league .COME ON YOU BLUES!!!!!!

unlucky again against academicals losing 3-0 they finished and we didnt,second game was more comfortable winning 4-1,more pleasing though was the way we passed today .not really a man of the match today,it would have been too tough to call . nick,tom d and connor 2 with goals in the second game.

think we need to start playing as a unit when going forward and back, something to work on .spoke to the boys sunday and all seem happy which is good . bring on the the cup game and i will enter some tournaments.

Felt sorry for mark today, after getting the team passing and moving the ball around so well, and ending up with a draw, against a battling Oakwood. We created so many good chances. Keep it up Blues !!.

i'm still sulking after todays results 4-1 to eastleigh and a 3-3 draw with oakwood.the plus points for me today were stevo's performance on the right of midfield and a great 1st ever goal for leon also a training ground move from a corner with a great goal from nick we just need to kill teams off when we have 2 goal leads and to be able to battle with more physical teams,but we are trying to play football which is good

Totally agree with Mark's comments, sooo unlucky not to get a draw in the second game, fantastic strikes from Nick, and some brave saves from Thomas, lets keep the performance's coming. come on you BLUES !!.

in the end it was a good team display winning 3-0 against pace,2 great strikes from nick and a debateable goal from connor. just got edged out 2-1 to h/end eagles another goal from nick and a man of the match performance from thomas in goal{he even saved 1 with his nose}

Well done the blues....southside, we are going to get the better of them one day ! Again nothing really in they put 2 chances away, we did not convert any of ours...The ref gave a dogey penalty, but Harry pulled off the save, so not too many arguements in the car on the way home between the ref and the goalie.
Second match, despite going one down early on, we kept on going and deserved the 2-0 win with Conner nearly getting his hatrick. Good rotation by the manager of the team with all the boys getting plently of action.

two very average games today but two good wins anyway.at times we knocked the ball about but we do need to start to control games more.looked as if we were running out of steam near the end of the second match.
wills thanks for not giving me any heart attacks today,good performance and you caught one ,well done.

thought we were unlucky in the first game not to win well done dan for getting us the point.wills had another couple of steady games but still giving me numerous heart attacks.
charlie c starting to play like his old self with good tackling and positioning.
jordan was my star man this week ,fantastic performances probably the best i have seen him play.
craig and harvey strong perfomances
charlie b ,ross and dan all did lots of running ,passing and at times defending.
to sum it up two good games in very cold conditions,lets keep going to the end.

jordan and charlie very strong and comfortable on the ball ,at times playing the ball out of defence .craig was probably my man of the matches with lots of running,good tackling and starting to take a touch before passing or shooting (well done captain)harvey also strong ,lots of running and some good passing.
dan and ross worked very well together some great one twos
lots of running and swapping from midfield to forward when told.
to sum it up two thouroughly deserved wins .hope we can carry it on to next week.

I thought we played well

im not going to talk about the first game! but the 8-0 win in the second game was well deserved as we decided to start playing as a team.i still believe we can cause a few upsets in the second half of the season(bring em on!)

Well played the 'blues'....Lost the first game 2-1, not sure how as we bombarded their goal in the second half and the ball just would not go over the line....
What happened in the 2nd game, WOW, it all came together and we won 8-0 against the same team we had played in the first game.
It must have been some teamtalk by the manager between games, well done all !!!!!

Very good display this week boys, although we still lost. Harry was on top form this week some amazing saves, even comments from other teams parents, which was nice. Well done also to the whites 3-0 win excellent.

Glad to here it harry, these things happen, forget about it, and remember all the other great saves you made including a double penalty save. What a great team display against Pace, love it !!.

I really liked playing today and saving the penalty. I had a Paul Robinson 'whoops' moment and was a little upset after the game about it, but was happy by the time I got home.

Well pleased with the display of all the boys against pace panthers, a more even game against s&d youth, unlucky to lose especially hard to lose 2 goals, could of been more but for inspired goal keeping from Harry (inc double Penalty save!!)

Local derby against Pace saw a great result in the first game 4-0. The boys passed the ball around the park scoring some really good goals.
Second game against S&D, both teams were evenly matched. S&D were shooting from everywhere with Harry keeping them out, even saving a penalty. Unlucky in the 2nd half, we were caught out twice on the break, meant we lost 2-0! All the boys put in loads of effort playing really well great games..

oh well the unbeaten run did not last long but keep your heads up
still a lot of games to go.

As per rob, below, good effort by the blues, two tough teams to play against back to back. Everyone tried really hard and the second games score was not a true reflection of how the boys played as a team...

Well done teams. Blues worked really hard in both games in very hot weather. The passing and work rate was super, I broke out into a 'sweat' just watching.....terrific stuff !

WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE CLUB

Good to see some goals going in yesterday, team played well and seem to be getting a few good moves together, some good pre season games being played here up against a few good teams as well. A good performance all round, i think Charlie is settling in well with the team, what with banging in five, the futures bright ...... !!!

Boys you played well today especially winning so that Paul had to have his hair whoops head sprayed. Paul shame the colour is permanent never mind you could always bleach your head. Look forward to next Sunday we must be due a trophy now.

both teams very unlucky to not go through today.
lots of positives to be taken from today for the whites.i thought apart from the one terrible game the boys played well as a team.some good team spirit and at times they are boosting each others confidence by talking and getting behind everyone in the team.a simple "come on totton we can do it "was shouted by at least three players today,not to sure about the boys new song but if it gets them going who cares.still room for improvement but there is nothing better for me when the opposing manager says to me that was a good game you have got a very good team there.

The weather was miserable Anne but the effort and entertainment on the pitch from the boys more than made up for it, dissapointing to go out on penalties where i personally felt we edged it in the game, ...... beginning to not like these tournaments where we only play short games !!!! bring on the league - i for one cannot wait for the new season to start, new kits are looking good also, can't wait to see them in the new kit, i went away happy today, you know and i know we played some good footy out there today, that was an excellent team performance from everyone.
